Ryan is the founder of Early Stage Talent. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated expertise in scaling teams, creating effective recruiting strategies, and contributing to the growth and success of various companies from Series A to public. Ryan has experience as an in-house recruiter, leader, and operator, with several examples of doubling the size of startups as an individual contributor and scaling organizations by thousands of hires as a recruiting leader at Facebook, then Meta.
Crista has had a successful career in HR, technical, and go-to-market recruiting. She has scaled two companies from early stages through IPO, focusing on growing and scaling sales and marketing organizations. A particular highlight is growing Slack from the early stage through IPO and then through acquisition at Salesforce.
